If the bulb does not work, DMEX advises customers to:
- Ensure they have purchased the correct bulb size.
- Swap the bulbs for testing.
- If the bulb still does not work, contact the seller through Amazon Message Central.
DMEX's HID Bulb offerings include:
- D4S 4300K, 6000K, and 8000K
- D4R 6000K
- D3S 6000K
- D1S 6000K
These bulbs are OEM factory replacements, not including HID ballasts or kits. Customers should double-check their vehicle's original bulb socket before purchasing. The bulbs feature 100% quartz anti-UV glass, high-quality xenon gas and APL pills, and tungsten metal electrodes. They provide up to 3500 lumens, increasing the irradiation distance by 50m and gaining 4.5 seconds more brake reaction time compared to the original halogen bulbs.
DMEX's HID bulbs are designed as replacements for stock D4S HID headlights only and do not fit vehicles with stock halogen or LED headlights. The bulbs come with a 24-month warranty and are Hg-free, making them more environmentally friendly.
