The Osram Cool Blue Intense "CBI" series of HID Lamps has easily out-performed the competitors in all aspects, and it is an instant success story. We're excited to announce that they are now available in a Mercury-free version for vehicles with D3S Headlamps!
What makes them so amazing? Osram's Cool Blue Intense bulbs offer more lumens than the once industry-standard Philips 4300K bulb, but with a higher Kelvin rating of 5000K. Whereas most bulbs lose lumens when their Kelvin rises, the CBI's still manage to give users the benefit of brighter light combined with whiter light - the best of both worlds indeed!
The bottom line? Everybody who uses them agrees they're among the best D3S bulbs ever made. We've never heard a customer complain that their Osram's weren't worth the money, and most of the guys here at TRS use them in our own vehicles.
These bulbs are compatible replacement for all HID/Xenon headlights accepting "D3S" bulbs, and they have a 2000 hour lifespan that lasts 6-10 years under average daily use. The color temperature of these bulbs can reach up to 5,500 K, and they meet and exceed OE specifications for measured luminosity and reliability.
